We are searching for Preschool Teachers or Teacher Assistants to join our Team.
Preschool Teachers must be fully committed, consistent, and deeply passionate in order to project our strong belief and value for the future generation.
We expect our Teacher or Teacher Assistant to stay up to date with pedagogical theories and developments in education, paired with superb people skills and be confident in engaging individuals from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. You should be energetic, passionate, and able to clearly communicate objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Development creative program and Lesson Plan
• Provide tools and resources for students to use and explore during activitites
• Employ varieties of educational techniques (Storytelling, educational play, media, etc) to teach students
• Team Player and able to work well with others
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, and breaks.
• Observing students to help them improve social competencies and build self-esteem.
• Track student's progress

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in education administration or a related field.
• Teaching certification and previous teaching experience.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• First-class organizational skills.
• A strong ethical code.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin ability is a big plus
